Smart Recovery Program I myself am a member of the SMART Recovery Program. SMART stands for Self Management And Recovery Training. I see someone from the Smart Forums (CDawg) has dropped in and said hello. He is over at the SOL (Smart On-Line). SMART utilizes REBT (Rational Emoive Behavior Therapy) and other tools and techniques for a person to attain sobriety and work through their issues and recovery. REBT was invented by Psychologist Albert Ellis Ph.D. in the 1950's. For me this time around (I'm a retread to recovery) the SMART Program is exactly what I needed, it gives me hope, a new way to look at life and my issues and is a breath of fresh air I desperately needed!
